Zoonland: Why Children's Nutrition Can't Wait

By 2035, close to half of all children in industrialized countries are projected to develop diet-related conditions like diabetes and obesity. These aren't genetic inevitabilities – they're the result of environments where misleading food advertising is everywhere, and genuine food knowledge is nowhere.

The cost: billions in healthcare, unnecessary medication – and children who didn't have to suffer. The good news: most of this is preventable. And it starts with education.

Imagine children who know where food comes from. Who choose an apple over a candy bar – not because they're told to, but because they understand why it matters. Who appreciate seasonal, local food, reduce waste naturally, and grow up to make choices that are good for them and the planet.
